As I know there are many things to check when you want to know about ICO projects like network accounts, WP, Street Map, social world. There I also checked the ICO website to see how famous Smiley, I also need to check the amount of ETH or USD they collect in private or presale. After all checked maybe we just found out that everything will be fine and then from that I will spend money to invest Smiley. ICO project if I think it is not so easy to learn and follow for new workers.

Some ICO keep there promises why some doesn't. Most ICO price fall after the distribution of token to the participants and most ICO falls immediately after the token distribution this is not good for some of ICO like this

The only solution not be scammed is that never buying any ICO projects! I personally reject to participate new ICOs! Reason of that:

1- Scammers
2- Overrated more expensiveness then on exchange cheaper price

Yeap those reasons make me wait and see how project will go and its price too. Sorry dear developers but you should find another way to promote your projects rather than ICO-ISO etc.
