I guess not, there were few countries already adopted bitcoin such as Japan and I guess Korea seems found that bitcoin really good for business investment, since this is cannot be regulated by the government.

South Korea has taken a revolutionary step towards the future of enhanced payment method by legalizing Bitcoin. This will in turn boost the entire crypto market as the people of South Korea familiarize themselves with Bitcoin. Countries in alliance with South Korea will soon adopt Bitcoin after seeing the boost in the economy of South Korea.

The South Korea taking their move on regulating Bitcoin. The government’s stance and actions thus far indicate an interest in encouraging blockchain technology and the growth of cryptocurrencies, but not at the expense of safety and security. Stated one trade ministry official: "Any major reversal in policies is unlikely, but the government seems to believe a gradual shift in attitude toward crypto-based assets is needed. What regulators should do is figure out how to regulate them properly and prudently as Korea needs to put more emphasis on blockchain technology after obtaining knowhow and understanding of the possible flipside of cryptocurrency trading."Read the full report: https://bitcoinist.com/south-korea-moving-towards-cryptocurrency-acceptance/Yes. Its a month time ago since south korea start to accept bitcoin. I heard they also used it now as a mode of payment in malls and other stores online, which is good because that is the purpose of bitcoin to be used in transactions. For sure they see cryptocurrency as a future currency to their country, its good to hear that south korea one of the attractive place to visit will ready to embrace cryptos.

This is a great news for Bitcoin because the interest of the government from an Asian country like Korea has had a positive impact on cryptocurrency. We will also hope that other countries expand their understanding of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin's virtual currency continues to be a conversation on the world's financial markets. Moreover, the bitcoin exchange rate continues to soar to hundreds of millions of rupiah. Still, there must be a study related to bitcoin, even though it's not now. Because in the end untrust appears with those who make this bitcoin

This includes South Korea. impose a ban on digital money movement which was sparked by Satoshi Nakamoto. the South Korean government is indeed a fanfare wanting to ban. This creates 'fear' for holders or people who use this virtual currency transaction.

It's great that the government is set to accept bitcoin in South Korea. I think that this technology can significantly improve the country's economy and increase the security of financial operations.
