Bitcoin or Property? What might be the best investment?

If given an option I would invest Some part in property and other in Crypto.Like say I have 10 so rather than a house which costs 10 I would prefer buying a smaller house in 7 or probably 8.In that case I'll almost 2 portions to invest in cryptos to earn more and move into a bigger house

Both property and btc are very different from investment point of view.BTC is very volatile and very less people risk their hard earned money for multiplying their wealth or some even stake for long term returns which is a good plan.But for property many people take loan from bank and they clear the loan in a span of 20-30 years and then close the loan.But the property becomes their own after that loan is closed .So both are different form of investment and cant be compared or corelated .

Property is stable and never goes down the price which can sell equal as the price you bought them or much higher from that depending on how long you have it especially a land that gets more expensive when you cultivated it. Bitcoin is also a good investment but if I have much bitcoin, I will buy some of it a property because property will always be your property and you can do everything for it to have successful life.

Again to be honest I would say that I would prefer to have a big apartment then to have 20 bitcoins, and again if I would have 20 bitcoins I would buy myself a big apartment instead of holding them.

As for me both are good to invest on, but if you are a beginner in terms of investing, better to start on a bitcoin, because bitcoin can buy in a small amount, and you can earn easily on that, unlike to the property you need a big amount of money and too long of the time waiting before you earn profit on it.

if you want a stable investment and slowly rise in the future then Property is the answer
but if you want a high risk investment bitcoin or altcoin the answer
investing crypto can make you very, very rich because of fluctuating price movements
and it will not happen to property investment

20 * $6,300 = $126,000 well that would be enough in some places to start your own apartment. I'll choose to sell 10 bitcoins and start building my first small apartment then.

To me I consider Bitcoin another great asset that can represent a property. Anyways it wouldn't be a bad idea to invest in Bitcoins as well as in sone other physical property. They can both give you value, but in my opinion Bitcoin will provide the better value in the future when you compare the two

Owning a property and owning cryptocurrency are both very good. I prefer to have both of them if they are affordable. But in a situation where you don't have enough money, it is advisable to spend larger part of you money on property and spend the rest on cryptocurrency.

Having bitcoin investment is good and if you can afford to invest in property why not. Although having an investment in property it offers a long term investment. In my opinion might be the best investment is always bitcoin because bitcoin can give me many reward,yes maybe now botcoin is facing a bad price or being down but we can hold it until the price goes up again. let alone bitcoin does not require maintenance so I think bitcoin is better than property

Bitcoin and property totally different by nature and market. Bitcoin can be used as medium of exchange and can be quickly convertible in cash.While property is best for long term investment but property profit is too low as compare to time we wait for because the profit you get after long wait you can make double of that ,money in Bitcoin,For me Bitcoin is best for investment you can double your income in shirt time.

In my part I prefer to invest my resources to property, Land or any usable property that can be profitable someday or if not, I can use to start my business, in investing always think the advantages and disadvantages of your funds and how will you cope up with it, always think of some alternative solutions like dividing your funds while investing to have a double profit.

Personally I don`t like the property investments and I see them as dead investments because in order for a property to pay itself you need at least 30 years to rent it which is quite a long time to wait and is not for risk takers I believe.

I love having it both but as of now I prefer property because it is a priority like house and lots, bitcoin can buy a lot of properties but as of now its price fell so I choose property over bitcoin. Or I can invest in bitcoin because it is a good opportunity now to buy bitcoins and hold, if its price go back to the highest again then I will be able to buy more properties, its about taking the risk.

Property is a good investment because it is safer than bitcoin. The price of property usually always goes up from time to time.
But bitcoin is different. Bitcoin price is very fluctuating in the market. And i think the purpose of bitcoin was to become a currency at first, not an asset.

I would say Bitcoin over a house.
A house can lose value over time or 'decay' a bit but then again Bitcoin can also cease to exist in 20 years.
I think buying speculative strategic ground would be more profitable than a house in the long run.

People are now working with technology. Actually everything is now replace with new technology people are buying bitcoin instead of GOLD even they know it can be risky its not physically exist but they still buying it and i believe in future people will chose bitcoin instead of property but its full risky

IYou just have to keep in mind to store your BTC to a safer device and that is on a hard wallet. BTC gives you a passive income unlike buying a properties where the interest will be received by the seller. like to invest in bitcoin it will give me the property whether you have views like me? Since my property will be transformed into bitcoin and bitcoin will leave the property it generates more property for me when I invest in it.

We had a very interesting discussion over the weekend and people debated if it was better to invest in property or to invest in Bitcoin. The argument was as follows :

1. Most people cannot afford to buy property, so they take a home loan at a Bank. The home loan is paid back with interest and some of these loans are spread out over 20 years to make it affordable to the person who takes out the loan. So, over that 20 years the house of $100 000 will cost you say $1 000 000. {$900 000 paid in interest}

The argument is also that the property has to increase in value, with more than $900 000 for you to say that it was a good investment AND you have to sell that property to get that profit.

2. The other side of the room said it was better to rent a smaller property and to invest the "savings" into something like Bitcoin, because your profit will pay for a bigger deposit or even a whole property in a few years time.

I think paying a high interest rate to a Bank is just as bad as paying rent to a Landlord, because you are getting screwed in both these circumstances.  

We all want to live in big houses that we cannot afford. 

A very good thought, and this topic for me is very qualified. when faced with two choices between bitcoin investment and property, I see both are the best investments and promise big profits over a period of time. But in bitcoin investments the risk of loss that we can get is much greater than investment in property. For that reason, for me the best investment that is safe enough and do not have high risk but promising big advantage is property investment.
