Bitcoin or Property? What might be the best investment?

I think bitcoin investment is better than the investment in property because the price fluctuation of bitcoin makes more and more money for you and you have to set in your house and work and for property you have to move here and there and make contacts and then the sale and purchase will be made but for bitcoin you did not need such thing.

in my opinion both are the same investment as good, it's just that in property investment takes a long time to get a profit, but bitcoin is not.

Bitcoin and property are good investments and promise for the future. But if investing in bitcoin has a higher risk than investing in property. Both are good investments and will give you future benefits. So try both of them, I think. Will be a big advantage for you.

i personally prefer property instead of bitcoin only because now property is more beneficial than bitcoin and also their is no fear of hacking.

I understand that these are two different types of investments that should not be compared. One thing would be to invest in real estate, another in the stock market. Either way I believe in balancing your equity between crypto, fixed income and other types of investment, is a good way.

Certainly it makes more sense to invest in the bitcoine. If you invest in crypto parallels with the money you can buy a house.
You can double your money, double your coin and buy two houses.

It depends on what property you are investing in. Where to lay your head is equally important as your life. This doesn't mean get a fat loan to buy or build a house which will cause you more harm than good. Get an affordable place to live and now you can think of building a fat wallet at crypto.

Or, if you mean the real estate, here you should have a LOT of money. Therefore, this choice is not for all. It will be better to invest in the cryptocurrency then.

Looking both situations, I will going in for bitcoin investment but i will invest in bitcoin short-term. With short-term investment in bitcoin, i can get a property to also invest into. I believe short-term bitcoin investment is the best investment package.

I personally don`t like investing in the property as there is a lots of time to wait for a break even point in case you rent it rather I would prefer btc or gold investment.

We had a very interesting discussion over the weekend and people debated if it was better to invest in property or to invest in Bitcoin. The argument was as follows :

1. Most people cannot afford to buy property, so they take a home loan at a Bank. The home loan is paid back with interest and some of these loans are spread out over 20 years to make it affordable to the person who takes out the loan. So, over that 20 years the house of $100 000 will cost you say $1 000 000. {$900 000 paid in interest}

The argument is also that the property has to increase in value, with more than $900 000 for you to say that it was a good investment AND you have to sell that property to get that profit.

2. The other side of the room said it was better to rent a smaller property and to invest the "savings" into something like Bitcoin, because your profit will pay for a bigger deposit or even a whole property in a few years time.

I think paying a high interest rate to a Bank is just as bad as paying rent to a Landlord, because you are getting screwed in both these circumstances.  

We all want to live in big houses that we cannot afford. 

Property is the best investments for me. We are here in crypto so that we can afford this things. We can secure our future. We can send  Our children to a good school. Buying properties is a good assets.

between investing in bitcoin or property, I would definitely choose bitcoin because buying bitcoins for that amount of una that I could buy myself a house in three years I can get five houses

If I were to say that ,we are starting from scratch , maybe the bitcoin is the best investment than property , but both this investment are really good investment for the future but as os now I probably prefer for bitcoin investment at this time ,but in the future I am also thinking of property investment after bitcoin.

Reasonable investment is individual for each individual person, it is depends on the market situation and is determined by the risk and income. Someone doesn't like a the BTC, but someone doesn't have a sense to buy a 100th apartment.

I'd choose BTC. It's an emergent tech that's to stay around for quite a while. Cryptocurrency market cap is still tiny compared to stock markets. That's why I believe BTC will reach at least 100k USD in a few years. I'd rather invest in technology than to invest in cement.

In as much as I can't live in my wallet,property (shelter) is of utmost importance,but then,If acquiring property for an investment purpose,then I would prefer BITCOIN.why?I am a high risk taker and I am ready to hit it big based of BITCOIN'S volatility.But a question pops up,why not invest in both?

The first option is really very selfish and cynical.Exorbitant credit rates make a man a slave.The second option is unpredictable.Again, everything is connected with volatility.Today you can invest $ 100,000 in bitcoin, and tomorrow Your $ 100,000 can turn into $ 50,000.And no one will give you anything back.That's the problem.
