Online wallets are not secure. But local or hardware quality of normal protection, sufficient to store large amounts.

Well, if you choose a purse which is time-tested then I think the chance that you will lose money equal 0 , of course if you are going to Shine your data to other people

It is heavy to tell as far as this purse is safe. Time is necessary that it was checked by masters and have drawn the conclusion. Well and of course, that other users have checked too as he works.

Yes, you can loss if you put some of your funds or coins in there, and if that wallet are not verified as use to be, then I guess it was a scam wallet.

Hi everyone, I found a service announcement of new wallet platform few days ago in our forum.
Their introduction and vision stated in the post seems to be great and it also attracts me a lot.
However, I still wonder whether I can trust that new wallet.
Can I lose my coins by choosing wrong wallet or they can never stole any coin because they just provide wallet service only?

Please help me if you have experience in this field. Thank you.
This is the link to the wallet that I mentioned: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4582763.msg41338130#msg41338130
Why do not you use MEW? It holds most types of tokens. I often do not believe in projects that require the creation of their wallets, or projects that have to download their wallet.
Etherum, wave, stellar or NEO are best then why they are not used? Ask such a question and think about it yourself.

I think Yes can, there is now fake wallets closed , and if you send the they go on someone else's balance, I would recommend enjoy the already proven wallets!

that's still good and worth trying but still prefer to use MEW because it's free and safe, as long as we want to keep it safe if there are bounty progam I want to follow and require me wearing a special wallet, I will use a wallet other than MEW

hmm personally, I only trust the sites that are listed on bitcoin.org, for the alts that I'm usually doing trade and I don't do much hodl of alts, I keep them in an exchange or in myetherwallet, I know they are not very reliable either, but as I don't handle such large amounts, I wouldn't mind losing them.

Choose wrong wallet Huh

I think, wallet is not something to make you get a loss.
Wallet just place to you to safe your coin.

Yes. There was already one situation, as a man sent 3 Bitcoins to a completely different account. What happened? The money is gone and never returned.

Yep, when you send tokens to the wrong address, they burn, unfortunately. But my friend had a case when the technical support of the Binance exchange returned him Fusion, but for a fee.

You need to be very cautious in that part. Of course a scam wallet service will rob you off your coins. So, thoroughly research before trusting any wallet service. I would suggest you to stay with the most famous ones and try new only if they actually provide something worthwhile.

Of course you can.

If you give ethereum addres for a different blockchain token or if you give an exchange wallet for a wrong token, you can lose all.

You have to be sure of the wallet provider and their said services. It's better you continue using the wallet you trust and has been of security for your assets. Many phishing sites and scammers are on the loose.

I still can not understand where such questions come from. All have already been convinced many times that hardware wallets are the most reliable solution for the safety of your assets. This is a cheap and completely reliable tool. At the moment, the choice of such devices is quite large and they are all reliable.

If you look at the question you ask then you have your answer, if you use wrong wallet then your money is lost, simple as ABC. That is why we need to be very carefulwhen moving our tokens from one place to another. Alot of people have lost their coins in the name of making this mistake

i still prefer wallets that even creators can't access your funds because you keep your own private key. And wallets that are already there.
