It will be absolutely decentralized and built in encryption messenger. RNG messenger will be run under the own token. Also we are going to integrate the wallet and online games with a bunch of new unique functions.
Soon we will release a downloadable working prototype under the RNG QT wallet.

Show me just one example of certified RNG in other gambling ICO's which based on coin or blockchain technology. It's not existing!!! There is some hybrid RNG's based on smart contracts which interact with offline RNG algorithms. Most of current ICO's even doesn't explain how technically their RNG works, so all what you have is trust and nothing else.
In our case we are building certified and transparent RNG with safe and decentralized platform, where the cheating is technically impossible.

What? You should have a look at other projects they are running something very similar to what you are doing. And RNGs aren't magic, they are sophisticated concepts that others can also use or develop.
