I don't get it, why would ICO give you tokens after crowdsale is over and at a lower price at that.
This sounds dumb and unfair to ICO investors. Why would anyone invest in ICOs if they can just buy on vertex at a lower price, with guaranteed cashback if ICO decides to exitscam. Things just don't work like this, there is no possible explanation for this.

They give us tokens because we invest a minimum of $500 000 into the project and then give them access to our community when we list them on our platform.

That still doesn't answer my question though? Why would anyone invest in ICOs when they can just buy on Vertex?
Also your team will obviously profit on reselling tokens, which you would get at a lesser price, and then sell on your own market, but knowing that it will offput private investors even more basically dumping ICO token price below what early birds paid on psale, which means nobody would even want to buy at that point.
You may say that you will be selling psale tokens on your market to counter that, but that actually is even worse, it invalidates a point of psale completely. And invalidates ICO to a point of irrelevance, which is the end removes your project from the market because its only usecase(reselling ICOs) stops existing.
How are you going to address this issue?

i think the amount of people already following this project and the fact that it is backed by more money than probably half the other ICOs together, is reason enough to see that price mooning. i can't get in on private sale. don't like that but will still join their public sale. at least they have one
