ETH or NEO in 5 years

I think ETH is better and more promising than NEO, even though NEO users and communities continue to increase dramatically, but the number of successful tokens and using the Ethereum platform is a good indication that Ethereum's future is more promising.

Unfortunately, after the critical fall of Ethereum this year, the number of the fans and followers of this cryptocurrency was reduced. Nevertheless, many of us are still sure: ETH is better than NEO.

I'd say Ethereum would be the better choice between the two, especially when it comes to potential profit, without a doubt Ethereum would own Neo. We all know that Neo is a really great platform but its been a while now but I see no progress nor any improvement before, even during the last bullish season.

Ethereum could get over 1000 $, maybe 2000 $, I guess that it won't fall apart completely, too many people still use its platform and ICOs too. NEO could be higher around 50 $, but could be lower too around 10 $, NEO is not so trustworthy for me, I don't believe it.

I guess ETH will get up of course, recently it should had been the coin which would skip Bitcoin, so it'll raise up and can get to 5.000 $, NEO'll be lost in my view, it's hyped only at the moment, but it'll calm down.

Ethereum, easy, even the Chinese Government didn't choose neo 

of course, many users of crypto currency trust the Chinese project, because they have already managed to earn respect and show their potential. But nevertheless, the etherium is an integral part of all the crypto currency, and its importance in this business has a leading position.

Yes, many people seems to trust the Chinese but I don't trust them that much because of the dump they caused in the crypto market back in the year 2016.

I dont trust any Chinesse projects (NEO,VEN,ONT etc..) especially VEN have shady marketing but i agree they are good for speculation pump and dump.

Isnt strange that Chinesse government totally ban their citizens from putting money in any crypto or now they cutted them from any info about crpyto ? But they support domestic "blockchain" projects ? Many new ICOs and coins come from China now.

Well I admire them they are very pragmatic they dont allow money to flow from China (most people are dumb anyway and they will lose money) but incoming foreign capital from crypto is welcomed.
China is country which is most profiting from crypto fever,they control Bitcoin mining,they have exchanges.Its great money flow from west to China.  

And i hardly doubt that money which went to NEO are Chinesse,they are from USA/EU.

I prefer the etherium and i think it is not too late investing in etherium now. Investing is etherium may be better, though it requires patience and i belive investing in ETH for long term is a good idea beacuse ETH grow and grow.

in 5 years eth over 2500, neo over 500 clearly more bullish on eth than neo but both are great coins.

I may looking good for eth as it surely grow in the coming years. Though we can't deny also NEO of its potentiality but 5 years it is long enough to have a guarantee that everything will be good and expect a lot of changes happen which definitely makes changes of the entire market.

If I choose the crypto to invest and hold for the next 5 years, my choice will always be ETH. NEO is now near death when the exchange rate has fallen dramatically, from nearly $ 200 to now $ 20. ETH has more potential because they have a larger audience. While both are good in terms of the tech, NEO is primarily focused on the Chinese market. At least with ETH the entire global scale is their audience. ETH has more dapps and more users.

Until NEO changes it's strategy in the right direction, I don't see how it can beat the giant that ETH is.

We both know the ETH have good audience because they are father of smart contract and dapp just like how bitcoin was father of cryptocurrency but ETH does not improve their scalability through the sharding  as promised some investors even the communities might switch to NEO base on it scalability.

To me fact that NEO is a Chinese project is not something to be proud of, have you seen how the Chinese government is treating all of those people that invest in cryptocurrencies? To me that is a huge red flag and just for that I will put my money in ethereum and if I was a developer I will never develop something over NEO because there is the risk that the Chinese government tries to take actions against them.

When we look at the coinmarketcap chart we can see that ETH is just behind Bitcoin so it's enough to see how it affects it. And i recommend you investing ETH as the best. NEO is also a potential Altcoin but i think ETH.

Personally, I will select ETH. ETH coin is a very valuable coin in the crypto market. It is only second for Bitcoin. Personally, I have fully studied the ETH project. Actually, it is an outstanding project. It has a very bright future. Maybe one day, ETH will rise up 5000$. Besides, NEO is a really good coin, but ETH is better than NEO for me and ETH is very good for long-term.
