Thats question which is too general to answer. I mean how can anyone tell about the bottom line for each and every coin in the market out there. There are more than 1500 coins in the market and all of them get developed, publish, promoted, used, invested in completely different manner.

Sometime it may happen that while market is crashing then at the same time it is evolving/hiking for some coins. There are may coins right now which are over 300% higher in value when the rest market is negative.

May be its hard to predict for bottom of each coin in the market. I can easily say whether BTC has hit the bottom or not, but about the whole market its difficult.

If you look at the chart of alternative coins in a fiat currency, then it seems to me that all the coins have reached the bottom. If you look at the price of a coin relative to btc, then some coins have not yet touched the lowest points.

Well, I think we cannot judge the performance of a coin in this bearish and unstable market. Ideally when a coin is just launched in the market, the price usually increase then it might later dropped a little but not to the extent of reaching the bottom line. The current market situation has greatly recked havoc on the market.

There is no such thing as "bottom line" in crypto currency market. The value of the coin can range from few cents to thousands of dollar. A coin that worth two thousand dollar, can end up being only few cents. Same goes for bitcoin too. Like look at the price of bitcoin back in november 2017. The price was almost above $20,000 and look at the price now, somewhere between $7,600.
Don't wait for the "bottom line" to invest your money since that line might never actually come.

As per my experience it depends upon the investment in ICO and success of the project. When any ICO meet the hardcap then it is possible that it will not touch the bottom line initially. After listing on the exchange it's price will be higher than ico price. Team of the ICO is another factor that decide the fate of a coin.

No, it's not. Which is the bottom line? At this moment coin's price, you seem the bottom line? But that is not true, no one knows exactly about the bottom line. Crypto market can be down more and more. No one can say when will happen and what will happen. Everyone keeps hoping to see bitcoin at 20K USD or more but we should remember crypto can go under 5K USD too. Here crypto means bitcoin.
