Yes, I believe  this is the best time to buy altcoins while it is low this time. I would suggest you to select among the top 10 ranks of altcoins for your consideration on your planned investment. Though we had experience several bear markets but definitely investing in altcoins is a good decision you have made and you just need to hold right after. It would be much better to consider for a long term investment.

indeed by buying and holding Altcoin in the future is very capable to generate profits that are much more increased. with this capability is very good with the current also buy Altcoin and hold it in long-term for a much larger result.

If you got limited funds then alt coin is better than btc, if I see the chart, btc movement is not too big anymore, alt coin rising is better than btc, but the dropping is also faster and greater than btc, I think if you want to make huge profit with small fund alt coin is a better choice, but you need to do extra work to research the project

Ofcourse crypto will increase more in the future, however if you are new i'd suggest dont invest to an ICO since there are to much scam ICO at the moment, however if you want altcoin go invest to major altcoin like the top 10 in coin market cap. Because for sure once bull market appears it will go x2-3 easy profit.

I was not that so old in crypto but I've seen the progress of it for the past years and I didn't expected that it will grow just like where are we today. Though it's going through a major correction since first quarter still compare to last year's growth, there's still a significant growth.

A good time to participate in the ICO and making investment in the altcoin because profit margin is high and if you buy a good percentage in the crypto you can change the movement of the coins too like you will be the big supplier of that coin and with this you have the trading options too.

yes i agree that bitcoin is very weak for now but we need to hold it and divert our investment from buying other profitable coin that may help recover our loses from dropping of previous coin

Some says that altcoins are dead. But I still believe in the foundation of cryptoworld. I invest and buy more tokens that are cheap and low because of the effects of the problem that cryptoworld are facing now. I think this is the right time to buy good tokens that in the future will rise and increase the value.

That's a great idea, but the first thing which you have to do is search for the legit tokens which will give you profit and then you can buy those and hodl them. Remember one thing it needs lot of research and yeah the cryptoworld will surely go high in the future you don't have to worry about that.
