Can't connect to it. What's the problem?

Can not connect to what, the web site or the miner can not connect to the pool server?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Time to jump in:

https://nrs.blockquarry.com

You need to register a worker on the site and use that worker name with the coyote pool miner, not your payout address.  The getting started page has the download links:
https://nrs.blockquarry.com/index.php?page=gettingstarted

While I have helped with it I am not the owner, this is cheeto02's pool.  He would welcome donations at:
NRS:  9jJchQM937Nmmz8HY47hp3zJC9wsKgyDDu
BTC:  18UHmiYHYrFLgU2EEyE2i9n5bKGtmYp3YT

The pool has found a few blocks so far so it is working.

Please be patient though, we have bolted MPOS onto the Coyote server.  There will probably be bugs.  For example the stats are very inaccurate estimates.   MPOS was made for LiteCoin and BitCoin and the various statistics were based on that, we tweaked them to look better but it is still not correct.

Wonderful, should i use above addresses for Bounty?

Well we have some other people mining with us now which is exciting to see  Smiley

For those who could not get to the website go ahead and try again.  The anti-DDOS protection was too strict blocking a few of you, it has been loosened.

Also make sure to give it a valid email address and check your junk mail if you do not see the registration email.

And finally no, as far as I know this pool will not work with GPU's.  The Coyote miner is a CPU miner only.  We probably will look into that next but first need to have this running smoothly for a while.

While I have helped with it I am not the owner, this is cheeto02's pool.  He would welcome donations at:

Yes, you can use that address to send it to him.

Thanks for your generosity.

Is there a "-t 3"(i have 4 cores..) or equal command for the coyoteminer?
if i run it as is it will effectively kill my 4 metisminers dragging them down from 20+khash/sec to around 2k..

cant seem to connect

Just want to make sure you are using version 0.3.0 of the Coyote miner or compiled from source.  There are other versions floating around and they will not connect.  It connects to port 4444 on the pool server so make sure that is not blocked as well.

The syntax for connecting is pool_miner.exe nrs.blockquarry.com worker.1  no http or https or anything on that.  I imagine you have all that fine just wanted to double check as I see other connections incoming and just verified from a different linux box to make sure it could establish a connection.

The coyote miner does not have a flag for that.  In Windows within the task manager you could set the pool_miner.exe to a lower priority or nice the process in Linux.

The DDOS protection was a little tight causing issues with a flurry of new connections.  I think I have it sorted out now.  Will you please try to connect again?

I had to step away for a bit and things went a little nutty.  The pool got 22 blocks in the last hour.  I think the difficulty is going to be moving up.

Can you PM me the email address you used, I will look in the logs and see what I can find.

Can't connect to it.

It is working for me on windows and linux.  if you can provide more details someone may be able to help you with it.  What OS are you trying it on?  Did you download one of the miners on the getting started page or compile your own?  What happens when it tries to connect?
