I purchased a GPU card from someone here who promised to send tomorrow after I had send the Paypal payment.  But been waiting the entire day.  I guess it is weekend, and I am more than flexible enough to wait for a couple of days.  But at least shouldn't the person reply?  How long do you wait before you initiate a chargeback in such situation?
In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.
