Bounty campaign was same in signature campaign or was samr in advertisement which is you advertising the company ot the alcoins using bounty and some of the icos was more successful usig the bounty to promote their coins also because i have an experience that one of my bounty before was clmpletig the ICO of the project so that ICO was making successful and to be released so their for in over all it was successfully ICO.

Yes because bounty program needs a community to support to them and through these bounty programs it will help to find many investors that good and makes a success on ICO's. Honestly, an actual marketing team would be much better than bounty campaigns. The ICO would most probably be successful with a marketing team, given that the project is good. The only reason why companies use bounty campaigns is because it would cost almost nothing, if not, actually nothing. Whereas a marketing team would be too.expensive for a small/starting company.

Generally speaking, yes it gives positive effect on a certain ICO. No way it will be grow like that if it's not effective in the first place. There are lots of successful ICOs in the past that held bounty campaign here. In my humble opinion bounty programs impact is negative.Simply because the community is made of spammers that find loopholes,multi claims,multiple accounts to receive the highest amount of tokens possible more than what they deserve and the final goal of these is to dump the tokens,in the end investors get damaged (UCash is a great example for this,Rebelious too).So in conclusion,projects needs healthy bounty hunters who will contribute to it and not just harvest the tokens to dump them.

Yes bounty program are  better way of promoting the ICOs we just need to manage and to hire participants that are qualified enough, we also have to have a reputable manager that will manage the bounty system well as the reputation of manager are important too.
