I was thinking about this over the last week and if they do screw their customers (more than they have already) the best thing Mark can do is get himself arrested by confessing everything. Mark does not strike me as a man that will do well in prison let alone on the run but If he runs I doubt his number one fear will be the police.

The man surely must sense the danger he could be in if he is not 100% legit.
