I agree. This is really about the government, the rules and regulations they have implemented which will serve as a law that the uers will used. It might not be mandatory but if people see the real essence of it, they might agree using it. And with this this will be a popular currency. |

I really believe Bitcoin has this and so many more still needed. But I believe a essential aspect that can swiftly make Bitcoin a favorite repayment method is if the ruling/federal physiques can control and become responsible for it in a way that they make guidelines and modalities that others follow similar to the fiat system, then Bitcoin will surely be considered a popular approach to payment.

Their value isn`t tied to any economy of the world, and the trade and support of digital cash is carried out constantly and doesn`t depend on standard world trading sessions. Such independence has advantages, but this also frightens, since the price of bitcoin remains unpredictable.
I agree to that statement of yours. Bitcoin need to be stable first in order for it to be use in payment system. Also, if all the governments will allow and accept the bitcoin as a currency and if the businesses embrace the digital currency. But as of now, I think it is impossible because not all the people are knowledgeable enough about it. |

Medium of exchange: facilitating the exchange of goods and services by eliminating the inefficiencies associated with a barter economy
Unit of account: acting as a measure of value in the economic system.

Lack of regularity is something that is preventing it from becoming a popular payment method. As far as the regularity goes, it is usually a bad thing and it is something that cryptos were running away from since the beginning, but the regularity also brings some kind of assurance to the masses and to mass acceptance of the coin. Also, volatility has to be controlled and some how restrained as much as possible for it to become popular as a payment method.
