Doesn't know how many transactions but claims his coin isn't dead.  COIN IS DEAD!!!!!
Hint: It's only one (other then generated coins) in the last 500 blocks and that is all the fake super dev can see.
Super Hint: As coin gets delisted from exchange notice there will still be almost no transactions as people withdraw coin from exchange.  This means volume was just for show by super small group.

According to Carbon Coin Explorer last block was 2hrs 58 minutes ago when it's blocktime is 100seconds.  Also difficulty shows as .00 - .01.  Does this mean the chain stopped?  Huge drop in difficulty shows that everyone is giving up.
UPDATE:   Chain was stuck for 9.5 hrs when it has a block time of 100 seconds. Explain your slow hash secure network.  Full of shit.

Here is the data that shows how unsecured they actually are.

Dev refuses to release any information.  Does this mean it is dead and abandoned now?

Current thread for information on this coin can be found at: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1131250

Know any other crypto projects with an actually anonymous issuer of coins?

We've no idea who the guy who started this is/was, all we know is he abandoned his community very early on and then that same community decided to do some good with their blockchain.

Coins have been available since the start of the project and continue to be distributed as fairly and evenly as possible, with the largest stakeholder the charity, in which all coins were donated. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/carbon/#!rich

The community had no access to any premine and have self funded to date

Oh and we have a troll... (Say hi, Dim)

That is NOT the current thread.  That is the moderated thread where they are too scared to have any doubt and delete posts.

Right on cue, thanks Dim

Dim is our troll and pro-bono PR specialist

Good to raise awareness of the community takeover story - I'm sure there are lots of people that could do with finding out about it who won't have been around since we stopped using this thread.

Good thinking!

So you are saying if you want to send a transaction you may have to actually mine as well or wait a long ass time because the network isn't moving.  Great feature Roll Eyes  Great load of bullshit from a con man.  Show some pictures of the trees that someone is using as a wind break between some farm fields and tell us how it is a forest again.

1% of the total circulation of carboncoin is available on c-cex for just under 7 BTC - that's about $4500

Anyone know much about ICO's and what they are going for? I heard some have raised a huge amount of money this way

The coin is bottomed out with no buyers at 1 satoshi so it is actually worth nothing.  Don't be fooled by "foundation" trying to bump price for 10 minutes.  Not to even mention that the coin will be delisted in less then 12 days.  I can rewrite what you tried to say.  "One percent of the coin is for sale and they can't manage to dump it because there is 0 buyers and worse yet it is on an exchange that is delisting coin and it will just get harder"

Looks like I got under someones skin.  Couldn't answer any criticism about how the coin cant get on a good exchange and all the so called features such as having it's own forum with a whole 1 post in the past months.  Failure.  Dead coin.

Over two years of secure protocol operation and we've actually made this into something, through sheer hard work, determination and self funding in the face of the troll, who besides occasionally giving us useful feedback hasn't done much at all. Oh, he did private message that he loved me the other day

i love you. Kiss

Keep on raising awareness Dim!

Attack the person instead of defending your coin.  Your coin has become nothing.  It's crap.  You really cant hurt me.  I can hurt your coin.

Yep keep on believing that, and keep on trolling, see where it gets you - it's certainly achieved a whole lot so far.

That isn't a denial from you by any means.  I don't think you know what trolling means.  And yes I agree that seeing your coin completely stop moving and your foundation having to constantly pay to keep coin on exchange because of no volume is achieving something.  On the other side with your personal attacks to me you have accomplished what?  Do you even remember how you even started this with me?  Look how far coming off as a jerk to someone who questioned your coin has gotten you.  I think that makes you the troll for luring me in. That the only thing you have accomplished, and I'm just having fun.

Has it occurred to you that I might have been acting defensively because my honest intentions were being criticised and a photograph I took myself was being accused of being photoshopped when all I did was adjust the colour to make it look better, not being a professional photographer.

It might also have occurred to you that I believe in what Carboncoin can achieve and that is why I continue. Many others believe in it too, although many of them aren't the members of the cryptocurrency community who reside here.

The point of the Carboncoin is that, having gained an understanding of bitcoin and how it worked I could not reconcile myself with the energy consumption of the protocol despite agreeing with the rest of the ethos. I identified that there was a way of making a network work without having to change a great deal to fix this problem. At the same time I was confronted by the extent of the damage that humanity was doing and sought to do something to make that better in the most pragmatic way possible, and planting trees is a pretty good way of doing that, and a pretty good thing to do regardless of which side of the climate change fence you sit on.

The fact of the matter is that landowners are not planting trees at the rate they need to, and doing it for people for free is a pretty good way to change that. There is still a net drawdown in the number of trees on the planet and that is fundamentally unsustainable. Your first post was something along the lines of "Carbon Offsetting is Bull IMO", how is that not a dick move to someone you've never met?

Bitcoin worked in its capacity as a payment system and Carboncoin, out of respect for Bitcoin and acknowledgement of it having worked, has stuck very closely to the structure in protocol as much as operations. We are an energy efficient alternative which will have a positive effect on the planet.
You've spent two years trying to hurt something good. All you've possibly achieved is stopping a few people on this forum buying coins.

I'll be switching to ignore now and DemetriusAstroBlack's posts on our thread will be deleted before I read them. I've nothing to hide, but I'm done with you. The network continues to run securely with new members joining regularly and that is simply going to continue.

Carbon offsetting is bull.  It really is.  You cant even defend it.  Planting trees on private property where down the line they will be harvested does not really store any carbon at all.  Old trees also release their carbon back into the atmosphere.  Your pictures show exactly what a crock of shit it really is.  Your coin is the only thing more bull then carbon offsetting.  I know a way you can stop your carbon footprint...

Says the so called dev of a copy paste clone that recently had the chain stop for hours!!!  His shitcoin has a block time of 100 seconds and he cant explain this:
643809   2 hours 18 minutes
643808   2 hours 23 minutes
643807   11 hours 56 minutes
643806   12 hours 30 minutes
643805   13 hours 10 minutes
643804   13 hours 11 minutes
643803   13 hours 35 minutes
643802   13 hours 52 minutes
643801   18 hours 57 minutes

Reply from another in non carboncoin trust censored forum:
"Hmm,
1st I have ever heard of this carbon coin , but
It seems to be Proof of Work using scrypt algo
Difficulty   0.00972089  at Block Height 643807  Date/Time= 2016-06-23 10:35:59
Difficulty    0.00972089 at Block Height  643808  Date/Time= 2016-06-23 20:09:03
At the current post time there are only 10 connections Network Clients seen in the last 24 hours
However at current post time there is Only 1 Active Pool/Miner
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/carbon/#!extraction
Easy Answer their were 0 PoW miners active or the miners did not have enough processing power to overcome the difficulty level, during the block gap.
Also would speculate that there is not enough Hash Power being used with this coin to keep a 100 second block time at its current difficulty level.
After a closer look at the difficulty #s , carboncoin's difficulty only changes every 11 or 12 blocks .
So its basically needs more mining power or the dev needs to set the difficulty to update every single block instead of every ~12 blocks.
Signs of a dying PoW coin, IMO."
UPDATE:
Didn't you say you had more then one raspberry pi Axis?  You are so chicken shit caught in a lie. Over and over again.

Once again the shit coin that no one uses has stopped!

663833   4 hours 12 minutes   10.2 kB   0.94079589 CARBON   0.0716   Unknown
And before that:
663442   1 day 8 hours   10.2 kB   17.58300781 CARBON   0.0320   Unknown
663441   1 day 8 hours   10.2 kB   6.90979003 CARBON   0.0320   Unknown
663440   1 day 11 hours   10.2 kB   15.98657226 CARBON   0.0320   Unknown
663439   1 day 11 hours   10.2 kB   27.53552246 CARBON   0.0320   Unknown
This time dev states that it was the only pools fault.  The problem is difficulty spikes!!!  Anyone can hit this coin hard and spike the difficulty and then stop mining to get the coin stuck.  If anyone actually was trying to use this coin in the market at all it would be super easy to manipulate.  Dev didn't copy and paste a good coin at all.

As of 7/21/16 Coin has had .00284816 Vol in bitcoin for the last 7 days.  That's almost a whole 189 cents if you were to cash it.  Dev recently switched to saying the coin is still in distribution phase instead of talking about how all these things to buy with the coin were coming soon.  He has changed the goals of this coin because of what I have said many times over.  He is the Hillary Clinton of coin scams.  Watch him change how coin difficulty works now.
