for a trader who experiences stress, it would be better to go on vacation to calm the mind and be able to think well to make the right decision.
besides, you can do things that you like so that you can be happy again and work well.

I find that no matter what your trade strategy you are using, you will eventually not escape stress. Like, today for example, with the BTC price starting to go down again, the amount of stress is unbelievable since every other coin is relative to BTC. My solution and recommendation to evade stress is either stay in the market and don't look back, tether or leave entirely.

Being a trader, we really need to be strong enough to gain that skills we ever wanted to. Particular on things that we can't control in terms of trading preference, whether you shoot it or gamble it for longer terms. Stress can be managed if you're going to avoid frequent blockfolio monitoring, because if you're going to do that everyday stressing out yourself is more prone to happen as well.

Yes.We can't really avoid stress but we can totally minimize it.We just have to be fair enough and staying positive all the time. And having known that the market is keep on moving in a downward trend,i think it's better not to check the price often and stay calm and relax while waiting for the market price to rise up again.

The most reason why we have a stressful life in crypto is just because we want easy money and quick returns which is the market can't give our desires due to declining event. We often to check market exchange as we would like to know whats going on but every time we check it is getting worst. In this way, it eventually added to our stress and create some negatives in our mind. You better not to do these, otherwise you have a sleepless night.

No one can deal with the market situation right now. The only thing we can do is to manage our own stress. In this current market condition, I do not expect to gain. In fact, I never visit the trading sites or blockfolio. I just sitting down and playing games in my tablet. I joined campaign so that even there is a bear market, in the future I earn a lot.

The first step to overcoming stress is its recognition. Identify the source of stress in order to be able to cope with it. Try to isolate negative emotions that affect your trading and focus on key market factors and price movements. You should try to treat the situation calmly and keep a clear mind.
the factors that most often make us stress is usually because our target cannot be achieved, other factors are usually the money we use is not safe money or not residual money, but sometimes the money owed or the money from selling something of our valuables, stress can we prevent by minimizing the profit target, always use the money that we can sacrifice, don't always pursue the target too high because if it fails it can make us lose control.

I am a woman who always trades. I often experience stress if the trade I do is not in line with my expectations. one way to relieve my stress is to go shopping and eat out. this is what I often do if I am stressed out with my work, and can restore my spirit.

For me, trader should do to deal with stress is to find out where is the root cause then if you cannot resolve the main cause because its too broad then make some alternative option and have patience. Maybe you should go watching movies and have addtional time with your love ones.

You have to be mentally ready for bad and confident at the same time. If you two bitcoin and are stressed for such a high losr which we have as for now, imagine a person who owns 100 bitcoin, how would he feel? This is the most terrible and stressful situation when you own so much. You can't deal with stress when you are everyday looking on charts, the only thing that can help you is to make market order and go in gym or do etc that has nothing to do with finances, this way you'll feel a little bit relaxed if we can call it so.

Well, I don't consider myself as a trader but I really found this website useful. One can get the relaxation with a few minutes of break spent on this website. However, I couldn't see any option to adjust the quality of the video (it was less than 480 on my screen for some reasons). Kudos to the creator of it, I would like to recommend it to others.

The best way to deal with the stress is to take frequent breaks. You will feel much stress if you spend a lot of time in front of your computer watching the price movements. So, if you take breaks then you wouldn't feel stress.

Train stress resistance. Do not react to negative situations. To understand and accept that they are inevitable, you need to be ready for them in advance. Once you fully understand that it is impossible to trade without losses, then it will become easier for you. Nothing else. This fact should be accepted. Even professionals from Wall Street know that without defeats, there are no victories.

When it regards to that background it is indeed somehow frustrating when you see its pixelated but it doesn't matter as long you do hear up on
the sounds then it should be fine.Yes, it does made some relaxation when hearing out that's why I do still appreciate this one.

I suppose, the traders that have another job or business as well, cope with the stress than the guys, who deal with the cryptocurrencies only, and do not do anything else. The vacation will also help.

RelaxMood
The relaxation place for intraday traders

Hello everyone!

All too often stress forces traders into some inexplicable and rash actions. Stress may seize a person completely and prevent him or her from using common sense, it may steal every opportunity of making adequate decisions, exercising good judgement and responding to the situation appropriately.

Many traders are familiar with such a situation when the position is closed without any reason. This might be a result of an impulsive action and its consequence lies in an unconscious decision. If that be the case, it is crucial to learn to stay aware of things done or acts in progress. Being able to control suppressed stress is the key to a success of ‘sober’ decision-making.

Because of such a problem existing, we have decided to launch a website for relaxation.
This is only a beta-version so far and I would like to hear all your requests on the site and comments on whether these 5-minute breaks are helpful to you.

Use in good health!

Website: http://relaxmood.pro/

As we enter the world of trading and investing, we should bear in mind that everything here is unstable so we should be wise enough and ready to face every consequences that we might encounter here. We must handle and control our emotions towards the bear market.

yes this is what happened with me, very confused and stressed.
trading has no expectations and tokens are down 90% what I should do and HOLD is not a good way. aya start hate HOLD not give change. Huh

Of course, trading is difficult and during the last few months, it has been more and more difficult because of the bear market.

I used to trade a lot, but as soon as i started to realize that all the tokens were losing against BTC, i stopped it for some time

Difficult and complicated trade practices often make the culprit hit by a sense of stress and uncontrolled levels of emotion, and ultimately result in the loss of hope that has been planned and compiled before, namely a success. So, the key to overcoming stress is patience, sincerity when we experience loss, because IMO there is no trader who never loses, but we are also advised not to maintain loss too long and find the cause, what makes us loss, and make it an experience so as not to fall on the same chasm.

Trading will really give you stress if you focus and think it all the time.  The market seems to be more volatile and tress for crypto traders due it's undesirable prices which is causing losses to many people.
This is very important, once you finish your trading session for the day you need to stop thinking about trading even if you had a very bad day, because if you don't then it is as if you are still trading and no one can be stress free if he keeps thinking about his job during his free time, you need to be able to leave it behind you and be able to enjoy your free time with your family and your friends, I know this can be difficult especially in the market conditions that were seeing.

But it is something that you need to learn how to do because if you don't it is very likely that you will not be a trader for long because the stress is going to deteriorate your lifestyle so much that you will need to make a choice between your job and your health.

What you said make sense but I still dont believe ones dont need to think about how his/her trading goes for the day because people like myself usually find solution to the bad day I had in trading or at work through thinking just because I think of what should the solution. Besides, there are different type of thinking which one is worries thinking and solution thinking.
Meanwhile, the only way a trader can deal with stress is by finding the way and things which calm his/her nerve.
