For me, its possible to steal cryptocurrency because of a Computer Virus. There is a lot of Virus developed that can steal your personal information so its not possible nowdays to create that kind of virus, because many of us are aware of technology and have a knowledge in making virus. So let's always be careful to click some links and malicious website suddenly pop up on your screen. Be aware of your devices and as much as possible intall an application that can use to secured your personal things on your device.

There is no such thing as virus that can steal money from others. Unless they thought it was a virus but it's a malware or something what you call keylogger wherein every thing you do will be registered and sent automatically to the owner of that keylogger.
