Another thing tried earlier was system restore it lists the driver that was installed, of course when trying to go to an earlier check point: 0x8007003 error, nothing changed.
Isn't it possible through cmd to manually delete the files/drivers? How would you do this, and what do I need to delete?
That would be very difficult and require advanced knowledge of the system. The drivers likely wrote or changed some registry keys, and with out doing extensive research it's impossible to know which ones were affected. So, what you are suggesting is not impossible, but would require so much time... I'd sooner reinstall windows than have to deal with all that shizzle.
Just out of curiosity, can you boot to a USB stick?
