The value of 25.5 Mh/s is, in my opinion, totally decent for that MSI armor Rx 470 4gb.

i can solve your problem with only 0.03 ETH, just sent me a message, your card's hashrate will run ~29-30mhs

This MSI cards type (Armor) a little bit hard to reach 30, I think 28 (stable) is better for those cards. Just tell us which strap you've copied and also how's your OC setting? Everyone here doesn't want to take a risk to download your "bios" file.

How do i help him: I'll teamviewer his rig, and config his rig (moding bios, install driver,...etc). If hashrate is below 29Mhs, i'll refund him
