Now there are almost no such projects that I want to accept among those who have not reached the level of a juniour member in the ranks of their members. so I think that you will not be allowed to participate in rank with a newbie.

Having said that, we do not have any such restriction for bounty participation although we require everyone to pass KYC in order to be eligible to receive the bounty rewards.

You want $20mln for creating somekind of Virtual Rehab platform with simple ERC20 tokens which seems not actually needed here and has no real value? Why do you need that much money and why do you need a token here? You might simply develop platform and get payment in any kind of currency. Seems like moneygrab to me
