The 'half dead' bunnies rotate backover into the newest block, and stay alive for another 90 days. Repeat.
Imagine a conveyer belt, if the bunnies don't hop to another wallet in 90 days then, they get cut in half and moved back up to the front.

eliminate the decimal. fractional bunnies can not exist. only whole bunnies. lets not be greedy there are already 100B.

aint that twisted?The confirmation time is 100blocks. Once confirmed that old 90day block is deleted from the chain.
The wallet will have to have some, wastebasket feature to clear the old blocks off the drives.
