Found an old wallet with 50M RBBT Smiley Is this coin listed anywehre ?
Look above ...  Welcome back to Rabbit.

RBBT is relisted on Nova Exchange as well as Cryptopia.co.nz - Sales at 1 Sat are starting to roll in.

Ya good to see RBBT going strong again Wink woop woop

Have been throwing some hashes Rabbit's way for a while, so all that is left is for the coin to be pumped via Soyuz to the Moon!

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Thanks for the reminder - Nova trades are slow, hopefully they will pickup with a stable hash rate.  Perhaps updating the OP & header to reflect this - no?

I miss when crypto was about decentralisation.

Decided to start mining this out of sheer boredom.

Hopefully it'll help bring some life into this coin, also.

Crypto was created to liberate the individual. Decentralisation matters.

Our team obtained many of the cryptocurrencies that were frozen on Cryptsy's servers when the exchange collapsed. The RabbitCoin wallet.dat was among those recovered.

We are now in the process of giving these wallet files back to their respective communities. The wallet has not been inspected and it's unknown if it contains any coins. If you are a developer of this coin, or a longstanding community member, you can file a request for the wallet in this thread: https://www.gldtalk.org/index.php?topic=3789.0

I reached out to MicroGuy in a PM here about two hours ago.  I haven't heard anything more, but I am a long standing supporter of the RabbitCoin community (shame Cryptopia removed RC to BTC and Nova dropped it entirely)

I'll keep everyone updated if I receive a response.

Wow, thanks very much!

It seems to have been kept alive mining-wise on Prohashing, and also there is a new pool ( http://server2.unitystreams.com:17777/ ) and Novaexchange and Cryptopia still carry it. So here's to the future of Rabbitcoin.. Ya never know hehe.

The blockchain is under 2GB, but if anyone needs/wants a download let me know and I'll upload it some place.

Mein wallet wird nicht syncron fängt nicht zu laden an 0 verbindungen.

Wallet for Win here http://www.mediafire.com/file/c0ewn95309buq5u/RabbitCoin_win_1.0.0.1.zip
Make sure to unzip/extract using 7zip, or there may be corruption issues.
(I think that wallet is still the same as the one in the OP.)

Regarding syncing and peers, just leave it for a while, it should connect eventually. But be sure to add those extra nodes/servers I listed above to the rabbitcoin.conf file in appdata/roaming/rabbitcoin

Miners for AMD, Nvidia or CPU here http://server2.unitystreams.com:17777/getting_started

You can also just use Cryptopia or Novaexchange as wallets.

If Rabbit were to become popular, what do you think the ceiling is on price?

Max coins is 100,000,000,000.

Block rewards still bring in a lot of coins, but it'll dry up eventually. Block rewards after block 600,000 will go back up to 10,000, but if it were popular it'd likely be big pools mining them and thus sharing the coins among big groups. Still, I think 10,000 coin block rewards could contribute to a low coin value.

Transaction speed and confirms are very quick.

The block chain is still small. Will there ever be a risk of block chain bloat (that prevents many people from accessing the wallet)? Given we don't have an online or web wallet, that could be an issue in the future.

Perhaps we should pool some coin for community bounties..?
