Exactly what I said. This is a testnet wallet.
1. Those are not real Bitcoins. They are "testnet" Bitcoins meant for testing and they are not worth anything.
Unless people start mining them as a real coin.
There are a few people who mine testnet (especially when they are testing, so they have coins to test with and mined blocks which are mostly needed for testing).
But this doesn't give those coins a value. Like the name says, it is a
testnet, with the pure intention to test stuff on it.

Where did you get these coins from?
Did you receive them via a free faucet? Or did you buy / exchange them?
