If you are using windows, go the directory - c:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\DopeCoinV4\ and create a empty text file called dopecoin.conf then paste in the nodes. close the wallet and reopen it. If you are on Linux the directory will be .dopecoinV4 under your home directory. if you are a mac, I can't help you
