So ones again we have been scammed by another ICO known as Uchit. Now people have started raining insults and curses on the bounty manager that he has led them to be scammed. Despite the numerous apologies from the manager, bounty hunters do not seem to understand. Now my question is, do you think bounty hunters must be blamed when we are scammed because they knew what the ICO was up to, even from the beginning?

No. There is no reason to suspect a bounty manager "knew what the ICO was up to" if they are simply being employed to manage a spreadsheet and check some post histories. This does not make them complicit if that ICO turns out to be a scam, unless they also had a greater role in that ICO or were privy to some other insider information.

I think bounty managers do not have control over tokens sothey can be hardly blamed, i think there should be some escrow service where the team should transfer the tokens so that bounty manager and hunters will feel confident that their reward is safe and will be paid.

We can't blame the bounty managers for their job, I'm sure if they've do research on the project before they present it to the bounty hunter though in the end it's nonetheless scam. I think we as bounty hunter also should be very selective about which project that we follow.

I personally think that the bounty manager should not be blamed. If they are only hired to participate in management work, they do not fully know what ICO is going to do. If they know the inside information in the ICO, it is to jointly create a scam. Should be blamed

I think in fairness to the bounty manager's with no red trust ratings, I believe that for as long as they do their job well then I think they should not to be blame for any scam ICO. I don't think that they are part of any scam ICO's in the market and I would suggest that the admin of this forum should have to screen properly the ICO's that will engage in Pre-token sale.
