Since I do not speak Russian, my reply was in English. My response was not off-topic which leads me to ask one question:
The response was deleted because it was in English?
Yes of course and it's not allowed according to the
official unofficial forum rules.
9. Discussions in the main boards must be in english. All other language discussions should be posted in the appropriate Local board.
But sometimes it also has some exceptions.( But I doubted this wasn't in your case)
26. Local thread rules, if stated properly when the thread was started, specific enough and don't conflict with the forum rules, have to be followed.[e]
How would someone response when they do not know the local language?
I think we don't want to response all the accusations (regardless of it's true or false) made on local boards. If you really want to share your side of story, the better thing is to learn that language and give some punches with their own.
But my openion is
if we do the right things why even bother to giving explanations to others that you are doing the right things. Just do the right things(I truly believed you do) and don't try to prove it.
Translated answers also doesn't allowed to post
27. Using automated translation tools to post translated content in Local boards is not allowed.
