I see that the new sales have been placed. Call of Duty Ghosts Gold Edition for just 0,05 BTC.. I think that's really an attractive deal!

I'm still not sure whether I'm going to buy it - as I'm quite short on BTC currently - but otherwise you'll hear tomorrow .

Is there any way to see which games are going to be on sale later on? Or is it just a surprise each day?

What sort of risks are involved with downloading mods? Can they execute arbitrary code on your machine ever? I'm pretty sure they're not vetted by Valve or anything. Does the game make a difference at all? Are some games safer than others?

That's a good question. Mods should only be able to modify the game itself, and executable files aren't allowed in the workshop, as far as I know. They should be quite safe, but you may want to research it further to be sure.


It's the last day of the sale and there are no more new deals.
