Few reasons:
1. BCH is a fork by developers who are more aligned withe certain mining companies. The prominent faces for BCH are Roger Ver, Jihan Wu, and Deadal Nix. Most of them do not have good reputation in the crpytoverse.
2. Jihan Wu, and his company - Bitmain, has bad reputation for exploiting miners for profit, and disrupting mining ecosystem.
3. Most people cannot accept the fact that cryptocurrencies have a "CEO", a.k.a. Roger Ver.
4. BCH has less full nodes than BTC, hence arguably less secure.
5. BCH is more centralized in the sense hard/soft forks are decided without polling community. Where as BTC forks are usually carried out after polling done for BIPs.
6. BTC is maintained by the existing BTC developers for years.

Bitcoin is the original blockchain. Bitcoin cash is a copy of the original with some modification. It is hard to beat the main blockchain. Most people have only heard about Bitcoin and not about Bitcoin Cash.

Bitcoin fee is now cheaper than before.
It's not an issue anymore about the fees and lightning network is being applied in some services so choosing what's better between bitcoin and BCH it's obvious that bitcoin is better. There will be no coin that will be able to surpass bitcoin and can say that they are better than the original.

In my experience bitcoin cash is a fork of bitcoin even BCH is faster and cheaper to use due to larger blocks but still it'a seen that most of the people are using BTC than BCH so why is bitcoin doing better than bitcoin cash?
Because any plug is incapable of something more from the original, because the idea is the same and they differ only in the volume of bidding and demand. And the risk of investing in the fork is much higher than in the original. Basically, all forks are suitable for day trading. |

There are loads of other fast altcoins that aren't doing better than Bitcoin in terms of price, Litcoin for example is way older and I think has more usage yet its price is more than four times less Bcash . The Bitcoin fork isn't even up to two years yet you are expect it to do better than Bitcoin?

I can not understand why many users of cryptocurrencies consider the Bitcoin counterpart better than the Bitcoin original. Aa for me, bitcoin is better than cash because it could be used as an investment and not just a money to spend. We could have it and gain better as we hold cash. We could have it anytime on our convenience and we could use it for faster transactions. |

You are questioning the unreliability of bitcoin over bitcoin cash is just insane. Bitcoin is the master of all altcoins and it is the beginning and I believed it will also be the end. Bitcoincash has cheaper fee but its not that fast enough in transactions blocks to be in talks of bitcoin not even with ethereum. |
