I don't think so. In a blockchain, all operations are irreversible. However, the issue of safety will be taken as one of the top priorities.

2.2% premine is very low amount. No problem with that at all

do your own math bro... 2.8 millions are 2800 masternodes for the owners, if this is not a problem for you. but remember if they dump the coin is dead. we should trust in them.
