The ideal from my opinion is distribution first, and listing withing short time after distribution completed.

The answer is obvious. You have to distribute the token first before you list it in any trading platform because it is useless to list the token without the token circulating the market. Listing the token too early have a negative impact on imvrstor and they will think that the team are selling their holdings too early.

I am not sure about this, my knowledge is limited. but the developer and team should have plans and strategies to get around every situation, especially in the case of dump tokens.
