Cybercrime costs are ever-increasing. They are expected to reach $600 billion this year. Businesses and regular consumers are in constant search for new methods of preventing and fighting cyber attacks.

Blockchain is extremely useful when it comes to reinforcing cybersecurity methods. Being decentralized, blockchain can mitigate DDoS and direct-access attacks.

We, OpenLedger team, strive to deliver best services to our users and partners and cannot allow such blatantly false allegations go unnoticed.
We would like to point out that in your comment you provide links to one of scammed smart contracts. Here is a link to a real smart contract, approved by Etherscan: https://etherscan.io/token/0x6ffd92d59b9da3b9608ac58b3a08729b556bfec8.
The same should apply to the linked article on Steemit, which, as we believe, uses completely false data with a purpose of hurting our reputation.
The claims you make, while hiding your identity using anonymity, are a clear scam to us, which is why we regard them defamatory and subject to possible tort claim in most jurisdictions.
Please note that we intend to publish detailed answers to all false statements made against us, including those that you reference.
Concerning your comment, we would like to personally deal with this situation in a professional manner. We would kindly ask you to write to us and provide your personal details at the following e-mail address: contact@openledger.info, so that we can discuss the factual substance of your statements.

Geneos.io is a pure scam!

Just found this: https://steemit.com/blockchain/@danincomplete/warning-openledger-and-geneos-scam-alert-fraudulent-activity-detected

Even the Etherscan.io says that the Reputation is SUSPICIOUS: https://etherscan.io/token/0xBFA82Fbe0e66d8E2B7dCC16328Db9eCd70533d13

Stay away from Geneos and Openledger!

This ann thread will be reported to the site admin right now.

KYC/AML As New Regulatory Standards in ICOs

Know-your-customerand anti-money-laundering can become new regulatory standards for token distribution in ICOs.

Why are these procedures important? Why do ICOs need them? Head over to our new blog post to find it out: https://medium.com/geneos/kyc-aml-as-new-regulatory-standards-in-icos-b46dbbb19e42

Why is there no ICO date in the ann thread? Can I know when the tokens will be sold? What is the soft and hard cap?

Any posts from me that were posted in Russian were NOT from me. A cykablyat obtained my forum login details when they were leaked, I was inactive from the forum at that time.

Why is there no ICO date in the ann thread? Can I know when the tokens will be sold? What is the soft and hard cap?

ICO is live now.

You can check token price on official site https://geneos.io
The same for the token supply.

Speaking about soft and hard cap. Softcap is $2,000,000

Quote from our white paper:
Our enterprise software implementation experience has made us firm believers in a minimum budget required to build an enterprise project with such important features as scalability, performance, availability, security, governance, and user adoption. In our best estimates, of what it
would take to build the genEOS ecosystem with enterprise capabilities, we came to the conclusion that the minimum budget that would be required is equal to $2,000,000.00 (“Two Million”) United States Dollars. Thus, we will set the soft cap at $2 Million USD. Should we be unable to achieve this soft cap budgetary figure of $2 Million USD, we will not be able to create, grow, and operate the genEOS ecosystem.

Hello. Your project is very interesting for me. Are you not looking for investors in another environment, for example, support from business companies that will get favorable conditions for the modernization of their business?

I see a lot of events on your project. The team continues its development and has planned to participate in several events. In October, in Barcelona, is your first performance among the Blockchain community?

This is very interesting. I recently drew attention to this project. Good start. How long will the sale of tokens last? Is there a time limit for ICO?

I think that most investors agree with the fact that passing KYC is necessary. I see that you are paying a lot of attention to this stage of work. What are the KYC rules for your project?

Dear genEOS supporters,

Do not rely on any negative feedbacks, please rely on the positive only, like this one!

And please don't forget to send your own funds!

The more money you send the better! Remember - genEOS has the bright future!
Please don’t send your funds to any other contract addresses! And remember - genEOS has the bright future!

what is the difference between genEOS and seele? I see Seele also uses Blockchain 4.0  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4387554.0

Blockchain technology has been evolving rapidly - from the originally slow Bitcoin protocol to the third generation of blockchain with much higher scalability and speed. Each generation of blockchain has its own distinguishing features that determine its usability and integrability into business processes.

At genEOS, we aim to create a blockchain 4.0 that overcomes obstacles faced by previous generations, yet maintaining their major improvements and advantages, and delivers blockchain as a business-usable environment for creating and running applications, bringing the technology fully mainstream.
We believe that a blockchain 4.0 environment should have the following features:

very low latency of transactions and the potential for parallel performance across multiple CPUs, for rapid function and unlimited scaling

delegated Proof of Stake structure for producing new blocks, to create a blockchain structure that maximizes real-world decentralization

exponentially accelerated processing and transaction speeds that enable to create a platform that lets Dapps rival standard web apps for speed and versatility, while maintaining the unique security and other advantages of blockchain technology

an operating system-like construct upon which applications can be built. It provides accounts, authentication, databases, asynchronous communication and the scheduling of applications across multiple CPU cores and/or clusters

Seele may have its own vision of blockchain 4.0 as it is determined by the project’s creators.

To find out what differences and similarities the two projects have, please visit the official genEOS website geneos.io.

We will be happy to answer any other questions you may have about genEOS.

What Holds Blockchain from Large-Scale Adoption, and How genEOS Can Help

Even though the blockchain market is expected to reach $3 trillion by 2024,  only 1% of CIOs have adopted blockchain within their organizations.

Check out our new Steemit post where we dove deep to find out what prevents companies from mass blockchain adoption and how genEOS can help address these challenges: https://steemit.com/geneos/@geneosio/what-holds-blockchain-from-large-scale-adoption-and-how-geneos-can-help

Many business companies want to improve their working structure. Blockchain 4.0 is a great option to improve performance. I think that the creation of the   genEOS system will help different areas of people's activities to expand their capabilities.
