I am very disappointed with support department they are very lazy to give reply to my support ticket now it is almost 20 days passed when when I submitted my document for KYC procedure but till now nobody response to this.

I am keep watching the total raised funds which is still less than 600 Ethereum with current speed it looks almost impossible to get the soft cap. How team looks at the procedure of funding speed and are there extra steps and strategy under consideration to bring the money into this project ? People those are picking up at this cheap will surly be big winners if project meets funding goals and continues.
In this bear market, they need a big exchange to support this ICO. (Binance,BigOne,Bittrex) Though after listing they will need to make sure they have high volume on exchanges just like EOS. Otherwise, it's impossible to reach the soft cap. |

You are right people have interest in this project and almost common question is being repeated by everyone of reaching at minimum required amount in order to carry on the project. Only one thing can be they have some investors behind the scene or they are over confident or waiting for some positive thing to happen to take the funds suddenly up.

I also have the same question. It is logical that if the software cap is not reached, the investors will be given back the money. The company must understand that software cap is the minimum amount for implementation and success. Without these amounts, there is no chance. And just to spend the money of investors is unethical. |

you mean soft cap Right? Without getting in big exchanges right now. It's impossible to reach the soft cap. I'd not join the ICO as I don't think they will give back the ETH or it will hit $ 2M. I have bookmarked this article for later reading. I tried to read it but it is lengthy and need a peaceful environment to not only read but also think on the possibilities. Everyone is raising question on soft cap but till today no reply or comment on this thing seen by officials. After having a careful read of screenshots and written material will give feedback.

You can find this info from FAQ on official site: softcap is $2 000 000, if it is not reached all funds will be returned to investors  Sorry for delay with an answer, this week all our attention was focused on Barcelona event. BTW we will share here a short report about its results. |
