I think the hard wallet is the safest or unhackable wallets, which has the best option for to store your bitcoin.

I think Electrum is good. It is simple to use, very secure and I am using it for 2 years now. So I think I can recommend it to you.

I bought a Trezor wallet last year after i got hacked because of stupidity and now this wallet is like my bff lol. When buying, make sure that its from an original source and not some shady website, because people are selling modified hardware wallets so they can steal your data.

Bitcoin Core is perfect for those who want high security, don't trust SPV nodes, want run full nodes or simply have fast computer/internet.
Electrum is perfect for those who want good security, trust SPV nodes or want lightweight wallet.
Mycelium is perfect for those who often at outside, use smartphone everyday or spend bitcoin at physical merchant.

Just choose which one is suited for your condition.

Hardware or desktop wallet is the best wallet. You can go with Electrum which is very fast, easy to use and high security. It is very easy to use you just have to remember the seed key and where ever and when ever you want you can install the Electrum software and install your old seed key and your old wallet is ready. Online wallet are risky as you dont have control over that wallet private key so if any time if the online web wallet shutdown or anything bad happens you will be in loss. Some web wallet dont allow the user to use online wallet for any illegal activity or gambling. They can ban or block your account any time.

For four years now i am using my local bitcoin wallet and until this moment this gave me no trouble,i dont know if you have one in your region the same as what i have but trusting a wallet is trusting your future also.

If were in same country i would suggest you Coins.ph or polionex

Electrum is another good wallet where transaction fees are very lower as Segwit address is upgraded. The fees can be adjusted choosing blocks. The maximum transaction fees do hit only 1.3 dollars. Another best wallet for adapting all new coins is MyEtherWallet.com. Its so secured with phrase words. Though its bit hard to keep the words safe, its being the best secured. We have other good wallets like, blockchain.info and greenwallet.

The best bitcoin wallet are the bitcoin core, KeepKey hardware wallet, electrum wallet and trezor wallet. These are the wallet I can recommend as a better way keeping bitcoin safe. Mind you, you also need to be extra caution either when you're online.

There are many wallets available at the moment on Computer, android and ios but trust factor is mandatory in order to choose one for saving bitcoins.
I would suggest you to use Blockchain.info if you want to save your bitcoins online but if you had hardware wallet than it would be great for you.

for a long-term hold, I think you can try the hardware wallet or the paper wallet, because it will more secure than the online wallet, why? in online wallet we can see that we can get the scam and the hacked account on it, but for hardware walle and the paper wallet it is very safe because it works offline

My preference for BTC wallet is a hardware wallet, specifically, Ledger Nano S. It is simple, affordable, lightweight, and incredibly secure. I have been storing my funds there since last year and I am planning to store it for 3-5 years, or until I retire. Long term storage is important for you to not be easily tempted to make decisions based on emotions.

Trezor is the first preference for holding the bitcoin and many other coins. you can keep safe trezor wallet key at your place and also recover the wallet after the lost of trezor. And offline wallet is the second option for safe the bitcoin, in this case you have to save the wallet file at the safe place, other wise you will loss your bitcoin.

I think the best wallet to hold long-term bitcoin is a wallet that has a strong security system. Like a bitcoin core wallet and a ledger wallet. I think it has good power to secure your bitcoin for the long term.

in my opinion, yes it can be as a safe storage. but it's safer that we keep it in the hardware wallet. if stored in an online wallet sometimes there are smart hackers to hack our account.

Go for open source bitcoin wallet, wallet that you owned the private key,s like coinomi or jaxx wallet, they can be in your mobile phones, or if you want much safer, go for hardwallet. Never put your bitcoins to the exchanges wallet, because it is too risky.

The blockchain is the best wallet for long-term bitcoin holding. As well hardware wallets are the safest and unhackable. With the use of hardware wallet, you can keep your bitcoins safe from hackers.
