I think that first of all you need to select coins for the demand of the project in society, because then coins will have prospects and will have a higher price. You can recommend WT, CARD, UBT, XYO.

NEO, EOS, and Cardano become worthy coin for inspection and invest in it. NEO has a fairly high stability that deserves to be held in the long run. EOS and Cardano have good growth and have a good future, so there's no harm in adding both in the investment list.

I have a few picks which I think should really be on everyone's portfolio. NPXS, Utrust and Fusion are on top of my picks list. NPXS is pioneering mass adoption for the crypto community with its XPoS devices. Utrust on the other hand, is bringing creating a financial gateway between crypto and fiat payments. Fusion.... Monero $XMR. The best privacy tech out there. Solid established coin with a real usecase. Pretty safe long-term bet imo.

If the wallet provider give much safety you do not need to worry about the hacking or anything. You need to make your more secure with the given feature on the wallet.
If you really do not know the securing things you can get those information on FAQ page. I think suggesting coins for holding reasons with project features does not work.
