i think that, there are so many cryptocurrency have in the world. some are fake but we don't know. if we are hold fake coin future we will fall loss. so first we need to select  topper some coin. It seems like you have to stay patient and hold your coins for a while, now some markets are green and this might be a good start. in the next year the market will improve and be back to normal again, so you better survive and not let go of potentially large coins, because I am sure that large potential coins will benefit you in the future.

I would suggest to hold the Ethereum as coins held in this period. due to the increasing of its development will be very good with using it as a coin held to get more favorable progress even more. so I recommend it.
