I dont agree with you, as not on every point of view you can see benefit on adopting first the new technology. Some time it backfires and you can be in big danger. So it is also wise to first see if anyone have adopted and implemented it and got success, then you can try with more advance level and you can over come from the first adopted country.

It's not that these countries are actually against bitcoin or cryptocurrency, but the thought of decentralization is something non-conforming to government standards. You see, with cryptocurrency, the authoritative powers of the government became irrelevant, and somehow, is unacceptable for a central authority.
