In many countries bitcoin is considered an asset and you need to declare your assets to the government, many people think that just because there is not a specific regulation in their countries they can get away with no paying taxes but that is completely false, however the real issue if in the future bitcoin is used all over the world is that corrupt politicians use bitcoin as a way to keep the money they stole since once they have that money in their addresses it is impossible to get it back without the private key of that address.

This is one of the funniest things I have ever seen today😂😂. Who told you that they are afraid of Bitcoin. I even saw one in my country talking about learning Bitcoin and getting into it to invest money and make profit. So they are not afraid of it. Assuming that Bitcoin becomes our currency the we are all finished, especially those living in developing countries, cause their leaders will use it as a means to steal from them.

Mankind has been struggling with corruption for thousands of years and this struggle has so far proved useless. It will not be a panacea in the fight against corruption and decentralized crypto currency. The thing is that democracy as a system is built in such a way that in order to succeed there you have to possess a set of pretty dubious skills which sometimes imply relinquishing conventional moral values. That is also called negative selection.

Well, I don't think that politicians are affriad of Bitcoin and crypto currency in general because crypto currency is another way for them to hide their looted money of which they don't want people to know that they have such amount of money in their possession. Have you heard of the theory of the "Post-truth" era? The politicans are lying and stealing, and we know the politicians are lying and stealing, and they know that we know, so they do it anyway. If we expect them to do it, they can go ahead and do it anyway. They make a vast range of sweeping promises before getting elected, knowing quite well that they will never be able to fulfull them anyway. Then they make several extreme statements to capture the ones on each extreme. Trump is a master of it.
