As in the POS algorithm some people believe that the distribution of coins by stacking based on POS is not compliant with Shariah norms, the returns from stacking by POS algorithm is not conflict with the principles of Islamic finance because these stacking wallet serves important function of securing the network and fulfilling the specification of the coin and there's a penalty in case breaking the rules and the return is based on the weight of hodling coins, so this is perceived as fees not as interest, soon the clear statement is coming from the SAB .

Yep, I agree with you, last month I heard about some projects which cannot go on with their roadmap due to short in the funds.

You are right, without naming some projects had managed in their ICO sale and they achieved a great deal of funds I would say, they started spending the collected funds on marketing and hype instead of focusing on the product so they got in troubles and they get out of the timeframe of the roadmap.
