Any and all projects cannot be Halal or Shariah compliant if they are willing to take ICO funding from pimps, prostitutes, porn actors, those currently behind bars in prison serving prison sentences, those that sell drugs/narcotics, those that manufacture, test and sell weapons, those that own publications online/print media cursing Muslims and those that have anti-Muslim agenda, those that own, transport or sells alcohol
Adab Haraam exchange = scam because they are lying in order to seek invest via the ICO

It is important that the team does not break the rules in their faith, that the people are calm and interested in the project.

Well, first of all, they have a 90% of bots and airdropers in the community. Second, they invite people without permission in their community channels. They have a bunch of people pumping this thread. And LAST they are not transparent - is that what you call Shariah norms? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Here we go again....... the scammers bots and airdrop seekers keep pumping up the thread just as you mentioned

Personally, I have not yet seen violations on the part of the team, even conferences were held for people, they threw out screenshots

Md Mofassair Hossain - Advisor Marketing and PR --If he is Muslim which sect of Islam does he follow? --Does he have any qualification is Islamic Studies specialising in Finance? --If he is Muslim why is shortening his first name Mohammed/Muhammad to Md when the significance of that name for all Muslims is proudly know.
Gaurav Areng Chakraverti - Marketing ICO Advisor --This man is NOT Muslim as his name clearly suggests it... According to Shariah this man is a non-believer so should he be onboard a Shariah compliant project?

Explain to me the essence of the conflict? As a person who does not profess Islam, it’s very difficult for me to understand special Islamic terms.
As far as I understand the problem is that it was stated that the project is being developed according to Shariah, but most likely this is not quite so. This is a conflict

due to such crazy volatility of the crypto market, it turns out to be able to earn. Therefore, the number of crypto exchanges is growing. as more and more people invest in cryptocurrency.
A controversial issue, some people are investing, while others are waiting for even greater growth, hoping that the market will become stable

Verification is needed for any project, thus higher security measures for new users.
In the verification procedure there is nothing terrible for decent users. It is important that the project really interested the local people and give them hope for further development of the project, since the cryptocurrency is now very popular and relevant for all.

Maybe at the sales stages, they cannot filter all participants according to their affiliation, but after careful verification they will weed out those people who do not meet Sharia norms and return all invested funds to them. Something like that I observed in some projects that, after holding the fees, sifted out participants from certain countries and returned the money to them! What will you say in this case? I think having a verification process like leu pay where they speak with every person via skype is a good way to keep the project clean. Also work documents etc help. It sounds like a possibility but when you look deeper in to the Adab Haraam exchange you will see they are a profit driven entity that has no morals, they will never accept the type of verification process you suggested because they are just interested in getting the money in. If they cared they would have replied to your post by now.

The success of the project is not determined by the value of the coin after the ICO is completed. Some projects take years to become really successful and popular.
The success of the project is further determined after it has long lived in the market and will compete with other

Adab Haraam exchange = scammers
Would you invest in an ICO for a Vegan cake baking company called "Vegan Cakes For All"? Sure why not if it is a good investment?
But if that "Vegan Cakes For All" company was using using cows milk in all of its Sponge Cake products and using pork fat in all of its Carrot Cake products then how can that company called itself "Vegan Cakes For All"? If they want to trade then remove the word "Vegan" and call yourself "Cakes For All" because they are lying and misleading and scamming therefore are thieves.
The moment they drop the word "Vegan" they seize being lying, misleading, scammers and thieves and become a legitimate business.
If the Adab Team cannot check the "purity of the source of the money" that investors send, or if the Adab Team cannot check the "moral standing of each investor" then they can continue to create their exchange but they should remove the word "Shariah".

All new projects that are being created now will be difficult to achieve success comparable to existing successful projects.
Now the time is not very easy, I agree, but you can always succeed with a great team, financial support from investors and of course stick to your plan.
