Maybe I'm wrong, but 1.5-2 billion Muslims live in the world. Some of them strictly observe the Shariah norms, some less strictly. ADAB has a chance to attract these people to the cryptocurrency market.

Will the exchange be tied to the local currency? What are the benefits for the residents of Islamic States?

If am not mistaken, this project is primarily intended for the development of the Arabic economy, so I am sure that Arab citizens will be given preferences, perhaps in the form of bigger discounts on sales.

It has limited approach to keep tied this with religious thought I read about the idea it don't have anything attractive. Maybe in Islamic countries this will get more attention but there are majority of the people are not aware of this kind of project they should promote this locally where this company exist.

The whole project is a scam because it is based on a lie, namely that this is a Shariah compliant project when the reality is this is cannot be Shariah compliant because of two main reasons:

1) these scammers follow a non-denominational form of Islam therefore follow NO form of Shariah

2) the fact they are happy to accept funding at the ICO from the following and more mean it cannot have anything to do with religion:

pimps
prostitutes
porn actors
those currently behind bars in prison serving prison sentences
those that sell drugs/narcotics
those that manufacture, test and sell weapons
those that own publications online/print media cursing Muslims and those that have anti-Muslim agenda
those that own, transport or sells alcohol
those that own breweries and manufacture alcohol

It is difficult to understand Muslim laws if you don't know it and are not a Muslim. An ordinary secular person is quite enough existing exchanges, probably.

Maybe at the sales stages, they cannot filter all participants according to their affiliation, but after careful verification they will weed out those people who do not meet Sharia norms and return all invested funds to them. Something like that I observed in some projects that, after holding the fees, sifted out participants from certain countries and returned the money to them! What will you say in this case?

Considering the importance of the word "Shariah" added alongside the name of this project, I think they should be extra careful and remain within the boundaries of those rules.

From what I can see they will ask for KYC regardless when seeking ICO individual investors (but not for corporate investors).

What you proposed about the idea of returning funds to investors might work but it is not necessary if because they could easily have an online checklist that the prospective investor would need to complete before even being allowed to participate in the ICO. That should include questions about their employment and salary and make sending a tax return with their KYC mandatory simply because they chose to add the word "Shariah" for this exchange, nobody forced them to.

In the end if the Adab Haraam exchange scammers cannot or will not filter investors then they cannot call themselves "Shariah" compliant. If they continue to do so they are liars. Simple.

I totally agree with you, the team needed to think in advance about the moment they would filter the participants and after that organize a fundraiser! Let's see how they get out of this situation, if all the same plan to develop this project!

Yes that would be the common sense approach but this trio of team member scammers from Kazakhstan but now living in Uzbekistan are non-denominational Muslims and they are only driven by profit and business rather than the "Shariah norms" that is why this project is a SCAM.

I have nothing against Kazakhstan or any other country, especially since the project is only registered there. Moreover, the project is global and can work all over the world. So all projects probably have opponents.

Just think about it  for a moment. If the Adab Team cannot check the "purity of the source of the money" that investors send, or if the Adab Team cannot check the "moral standing of each investor" then they can continue to create their exchange but they should remove the word "Shariah".

If ADAB will trade only popular cryptocurrencies then its only advantage is to attract Muslims. I don't think that the rates of cryptocurrencies on the ADAB-exchange will be very different from the rates on the main exchanges.

Against the background of projects offering cryptocurrency exchange ADAB looks interesting.  But ADAB will exchange only known and successful cryptocurrencies that are traded on all exchanges. Therefore, only Muslims are likely to show interest in the project. If it earn their trust.

This projects only dissatisfy several members, but in other cases it is ok. Nobody complains about Adab except 2-3 members.
So if you don't like it, then don't invest,everybody has own opinion
