So did you contacted the team and asked how they going to restrict certain people and do ICO according to Islamic Laws. Regarding exchange, the full platform release is in December this year and then we can say whether the services are according to Shariah Laws or not

I don't think it is scam, they have open profiles in Linked in, they operate according to shariah norms and they are legit at all.
Today they have a lot of contests in telegram and they are giving out ethereum as well!

Do they give out ETH? What do they give it for?

It seems to me that since this exchange is planning to gain a  popularity among the Arab countries, it has good chances for realizing their ideas.

Already a lot of exchanges running. If ADABwants to make a profit, it must become better than the existing exchanges.

Projects need some promotions that can attract the attention of crypto investors and crypto traders. Maybe it's a Commission exemption or some kind of draws and prizes among traders.
