the dev done the swap clean and was in early days. trying to call scam on a coin that show more innovation in use of wallet than most in the game of late.

I understand were you coming from and have tried to advise devs of other coins when swaping to hold same amount of coins that were mined on old chain to new so old holders can swap out..

saying that...
Thing is people can sometimes keep mining the old chains and want to swap new mined coins past the swap date, to cheat system.
It also Gives devs a slush fund they can dump ontop of there dev fund and can be abused,
