CONF does it mean a conference? CONF is the name of the saved file in the Wallet folder. Start Menu- Windows... Execute ---%appdata% --- imagecoinCore --- create a new text document --- copy and paste the nodes --- save as ---Imagecoin.conf --- All files. Then open the wallet again that the pairs will sync... Sure? Hope this helps.

BUT here the new age way and easier way If your load up wallet and go to the "tools" tab and click it and go down to the "open wallet configuration file" it will open the conf file for ya and then just copy and paste the addnodes into that file and save it.

Its short for configuration its the file u put info into it to configure the wallet, mostly used for addnodes these days was a must to know how to use if u solo mine a coin and other things.

U wont be about to compete with the big ASIc rigs ( in the early days u could cpu mine IMG easy ) and the diff to high to be worth the hash for cpu miner. In mining any coin its Hash vs diff lvl. if u want to try solo CPU mining try mining something with low diff and learn the basics of mining.

What about the wallet, does it worth it to mine? as u said i can try something with low diff, do you recommend any one? the notebook got a Geforce 940mx 2gb too, do you know if does it worth it to mine some coin.

The performance is not so high, but the video card will not be able to work for a long time, since it loses its performance at high loads.

How did you get tokens before? Did this happen directly on the laptop? And it was profitable, or did you get them in the long term?

Mining coins for the long term is not a very good decision, since you also need to pay for the cost of mining.
