Hi anyone!
I had 1 problem maybe 4 months in Poloniex.
They are maybe dont want to fix my issue.
They are maybe want close my account to take all my balance in.
Anyone else had any issue like me?

I also do not know, but it would be nice if you contact support poloniex again.

Do not worry, the technical support of Poloniex always answers very long. Send them new requests about your problem and they will answer you.

Contact the Poloniex team with whatever problems you have. They may not respond early but you should keep on knocking them. Hope that they will response and solve your problem.

No, I've seen a number of people who waited more than a month. Searching on google would prove this.
Here are some examples:

Your support response times are inacceptable, Poloniex
Poloniex Ticket number order and resolution time
Anybody longer as 6 months with no response from support?
Response time Poloniex support over 44 days! Missing 30 Ethereum! Move there

A months ago or was it last year?? I however did see a youtuber claiming he got a response from them after a day. What he did is he sent another ticket, but this time, he made it as concise as possible so you might wanna do the same.

According from google concise means:
giving a lot of information clearly and in a few words; brief but comprehensive.
. (you better not forget the proof(s) e.g. screenshots, TXID's etc.)

This is very unusal in crypto market. I think, you should communicate with them at their help line so that they can provide you the actual information and get you some solutions to resolve your issues.

You did not mention the type of issue you have faced from using Poloniex. However, I would suggest you contact their customer support and if you have already contacted then be patient and wait for their reply. They will definitely get back to you.

What problems did you experience there? Have you sent a support ticket to them? If you have done the right thing and did not violate the rules that apply there, then you should have received a reply from him and your problem has been resolved. Just to wait for a response for 4 months I think it is a mistake that should be followed up more deeply.

I know a little bit about this issue, but if you support poloniex contact will be nice again I think.Send the request to Poloniex again hopefully your problem can be completed quickly.

It maybe technical problem. Try to contact them .Poloniex have one problem they take time to responsed. try to contact again and again hopefully they will response and will solve your problem.

It's not good to have a problem hanging for four months. You have to contact poloniex again. I think there is a technical problem somewhere. They must be important to you. you are a most valuable for Poloniex.

I think there are some technical problem to contract with you. you should contract again in poloniex. Poloniex will give you a better service. it's not looking good for poloniex. they should solve your problem .

From my point of view it’s not a issue to concern. Although I don’t know much about this issue. I think it will be helpful for you if you communicate with Poloniex support. They can easily solve your problem.

The best thing that you can do communicate with Poloniex support. Although I did not know enough about Poloniex. But still I believe they will solve this issue. It’s not a issue to concern

Usually due to technical glitch alot of messages take longer time to respond or even reach to the platform. There resend the message again, hopefully your problem will be solved in no time.

I waited six weeks for some issue once upon a time. After that I decided my business was better taken elsewhere.

Considering who now owns them it's pretty disgusting how shonky they still are. It's been several months now and there's all this legacy account freezing bullshit and support still sounds pathetic. There's not even a bubble any more.

I expected it to be a shining example to every other exchange by now.

I think if you have posted a screenshot or some details about the type of problems you are facing it would have enabled us to help you. Bu, I think right now, you should be contacting their support team, they will definitely main you back with some solutions.
