I think it doesn't matter when you join the 2weeks are counted according to forum date/time, the last time activity increased was on 19-20feb so that means if you might have joined this forum on 17feb and made 14posts on same day them you will have 14activity before 19feb and on 19-20 your activity can go upto 28if you stay active.. so within 3days you got 24activity pionts haha i guess i made it more confusing..!

I see exactly what you're trying to say, that the 2 week intervals are already set, they're not personal.
But I don't really think so, because up to 14 activity you get 1 point per post, updated every 30 minutes from my own experience.
That's why minimum activity isn't 14 that someone can have, people can have 3 activity or 7.
