I don't see any reason that crypto will replace Fiat in the near future, this is a big no. In fact, even if you earn crypto and if Fiat will be gone how can you convert it into a real money? meaning as of now they are both helping to one another as a currencies and as a solution to the community in terms of their financial difficulty.

Maybe it will not happen in the near future, but in couple of years who will need real money? Even now most of money is in digital version. Slowly all markets will be moving more and more to use only digital money, so replacement by crypto is possible. Probably never will happen total replacement, but it will be enough if cryptocurrency will get 51% of market to say that it is big success of crypto!

Not this time of course, but we don't know also what will happen in future. We should stop overthinking about it, I just want Bitcoin to be widely adopted and as a product rather than just speculative investment.

We all know that crypto replacing fiat is a far journey for those crypto enthusiast, For most people real money is more substantial done digital cash, They only trust governments and the currency of every country is creating, I think it will work if the world knows how exactly crypto currency market works, It is better that they know how digital money provides us.

Crypto replacing fiat? This is not happening any time soon. Fiat has the backing of the governments and due to its centralized nature, it favors the governments to draw much power. Crypto and fiat will rather coexist as the governments will rather utilize the Blockchain to create their own coins (if the governments are ready to accept crypto) and manipulate it to suit their preferences.

It is hard to talk about it. But for me, we just can guess that the development of crypto in the future may threaten to the survival of fiat in the future.

Crypto have made things very fast and transaction processing speed is good with this but to say that it will replace fiat can not be agree because fiat is also important for us and keeping in view of crypto, Crypto is replacing the old payment system to the new one.

I am very aware that Crypto provides convenience in transactions or forms of investment. But from the human side, not everyone can accept that fact. Many of those who still doubt the existence of this cryptocurrency gets the issue that it is not a recommendation for future life. To become a Crypto replacement for Fiat, I might have to give input that crypto must be recognized by the world. If that has been realized, maybe Crypto is an easier access to the fiat system and has a good future.

Personally, I will never see this happen. Crypto will exist but fiat will exist as well. They will co-exist because they have different features.

We both need fiat and crypto. In my opinion, we can reap the benefits of both crypto and fiat so why any of the two should disappear?
in my opinion, everything can happen and everything is possible if the development of technology and the development of the era requires currencies that are the same as cryptocurrencies, surely fiat currencies will be replaced

Crypto will not be able to replace fiat for a long time. The entire economy in the world is based on fiat money, and cryptocurrencies are still developing and are a small part of the economy. High price volatility and other factors affect the ability to increase participation in the economy at the expense of fiat money.
I think it will have more time for that to happen, It is a long run for crypto currencies to replace fiat, It is true that it will depends on the economy of the country, I think it will be on 5-10 years before the crypto currencies will replace fiat.

I don't believe that it would be possible. Replacing fiat money is a very long process that must be followed by the approval of governments, banks, etc. The only option that may occur in the near future is the withdrawal of paper money from circulation for non-cash transactions.

I do not believe it as well. Cryptocurrencies are very good only for the guys that know how to work with the Internet, who have some special knowledge. I do not think that elderly people will support it.

Lets say crypto completely and utterly replaced fiat. Fiats don't exist anymore. All governments have seen the advantage of using digital currency and have completely changed their fiat into crypto, like dollar to dollar token(obviously not tether). How viable is this? For example anyone can see how much I am holding using the public ledger and track me down and force me into sending them the cryptos I hold. I wanna discuss in reality if cryptos actually replace fiat how life will be and what are the problems we are gonna face and the immediate effects of it.
We are all hopeful about this way back but seeing the downfall of crypto's price made us hopeless about the issue. There's still a possibility though but it has decreased a lot to the point that there are only few people who are still faithful about crypto's ability. We can still uphold our hope about it but let us know our limits.

I think it is difficult for crypto to replace fiat money because fiat money is real and government-made money used for day-to-day transactions and payments that are legitimate and trusted by the public. so for me it's impossible if crypto replaces fiat.

everything is possible, but to replace the fiat currency I think it takes a long time and process, because convincing people is very difficult

I think it will be fair if we only use crypto in our daily life. Especially for those people who don't know how to use gadget and those people who don't have access in the internet. It is better if we use cryptos together with fiat.

That's one of the predictions of crypto experts that soon in the coming years, we will witness a cashless society as cryptocurrencies will have a complete takeover on fiat. The only question that remains in my mind now is that, when will be the disadvantages of using cryptos be addressed?

Fiat currencies are used widely by almost all people in this global world. Cryptocurrencies can never replace fiat currencies inspite of the fame crypto has gotten some years now.

It is evident that even the toughest crypto fans cannot live without traditional money. They regularly use fiat to buy Bitcoins and altcoins as well. They sell and buy things for their national currency.

For me is that crypto will positively replace fiat on some future days but it cannot be totally replace, maybe my assumptions is 2050 something like that because day by day technology evolve no doubt that sooner or later it the world would be a technological era so on and so forth.

This is unlikely because the purpose of crypto is to make online exchanges fast, safe and anonymous. It's not a complete replacement for Fiat and especially many governments have not yet accepted the crypto as legitimate so I disagree with this view of you.

Yes Indeed, Fiat will never be replaced by bitcoin.Since in the New Era fiat or physical money is one of most useful tool in transaction, trading and so on. It will never replaced by an virtual money though it is one of a trend tools in the world still it will defest physical money since it is more convenient to use and proved and tested till this year. You are right about Bitcoin is more suitable for investment because it can be in a short and long term investment.
