Don't know where to post, but everyone should be aware of this guy YouTubeTV as he is scammer. Just scammed me of 15$ Amazon GC, I wanted to buy Netflix GC from him. And I have all the proof on Skype, if anyone wants to check them or if I am allowed here in the forum will post them all.

Every day someone posts the same thing ... and it's true.  Had you simply read his TRUST it would have been quite obvious.  Unfortunately this thread will be moved into oblivion by the mods.

I am new to this forum and didn't know how things work here. Probably my last mistake, but I will keep posting about him every day and bump this post too, so that others like me don't fall prey to these tricks.

And he is still scamming everyone.

Why this post has been moved here, it should be in that section so that people should be aware of his activities.

Very true but unfortunately that doesn't happen here.  All the scam accusations get buried here here while the scammers are allowed go on literally for years because policy is they don't "moderate" scammers.  There is no way any newbie who logs in to Bitcointalk will ever see this to be warned which is why scammers are so attracted here.  My GUESS is it's because there might be some sort of liability issue if they delete threads of some accused scammers and not all.  Whatever the real reason, it is unfortunate the blatant and obvious scam threads that go on for sometimes years don't get deleted despite the fact the scammer could come right back with a new ID.

I have never seen such kind of policy in any forum I have at least visited. Why not post a link to this section of the forum at the very top at least this way newcomers won't be scammed.

Yes, it very unique, it's the only forum I know of that encourages scamming.

There have been workable solutions to fix this problem proposed, but the staff are not interested.

It doesn't encourage scamming. Do you even know what the word means? To encourage they would have to openly say that scamming is fine and supported. Being passive about it and letting the community deal with scammers isn't encouraging. It's staying away and not getting involved.
If you're stupid enough to trade without escrow or trade with someone who has negative trust you are to blame not the forum.

It seems I know the meaning of the word better than you do.

Scammers are encouraged by this site to scam because when they scam people the staff let them do it and don't do anything about it, this is encouraging for scammers.

YoutubeTV (who was/is part of the "ACCOUNTSERVICES2" scam group) has just deleted all his messages (fake vouches etc) within his threads and is now morphing into KENZIBLE who is recycling one of YoutubeTV's previous alts and fake vouches in his thread.  I guess all his negative trust has finally got to him so he is starting "fresh."  KENZIBLE was one of YoutubeTV's "vouch buddies" before he went off on his own.  Cheesy  Screen prints galore available.

Here are some of his previous ALTS:

Of course it encourages it.... simply by reputation.  If one forum deletes all (obvious) scammers & their threads and another forum does not where would the scammers go?  While "encourage" might not technically or legally be the correct word to describe it that is what is happening. I think I understand the "technical" reasons WHY they don't moderate those threads but that doesn't make it the right thing to do.  It's like sticking fingers in both your ears and yelling real loud so you can't hear the 2 people next to you discussing how to rob the bank while you know exactly what is going on but don't want to get involved.

YoutubeTV has now "morphed" into KENZIBLE.  Kenzible was one of the "fake vouchers" YoutubeTV had before YoutubeTV deleted almost every post in all his threads except his own.  Some of YoutubeTV's fake vouches and previous alts (305emmy) are now starting to appear in KENZIBLE's locked thread.  Lots more connections/screen prints as well.

Someone with DT needs to red tag this cockroach.
