Its funny I think its kind of both. Always seems like a roller coaster ride. I have watched my money tripled by not doing anything and that really made me happy, but I have also watched it plummet and had me really worried.

For me its both buddy,most of the time this is my stress reliever and feels me comfortable and enjoys when im in front of computer and making activities on this forum

But this also gave me headaches when some come a times that my investments fails,when my researching dont give me right outcome that brings me to losses,though i know this is normal but still its a aches in our mind

Cryptos are stress-free to me personally I always studies how the market moves before taking a
drastic  decision whether to buy and hodl, recall few weeks ago the price of btc was hovering at $6K+ a good price to buy and accumulates, today the price hits $8K however I advice you to keep hodling btc has a brighter future price prospect.

I think that's what happens in every speculation even more so if you do not have much knowledge and experience. Of course ico can make a lot of people excited and get a reward according to its portion including yourself. but actually you can get involved in more profitable investments. but this is not easy and will require time in every research and analysis
