Former JP Morgan Executive Says Banks Know Cryptocurrency Can Change The World; Costa Rica Workers Can Be Legally Paid In Cryptocurrency
According to Ethereum World News, Facebook has decided to allow a few specific cryptocurrency-related advertisements run on the platform. This is a few months after Facebook announced that they would ban all cryptocurrency-related ads. One of the cryptocurrency-related companies allowed to advertise on Facebook is Coinbase.
The CEO of Coinbase, Brian Armstrong, announced the decision in a tweet a few hours ago. He stated:
Facebook banned ads for crypto earlier this year. Proud to say we’ve now been whitelisted and are back introducing more people to an open financial system.
Will this bring a positive impact on bitcoin and bitcoin prices going forward?
Yes I think so, there's a positive effect of advertising crypto in social media especially facebook. Facebook have a million of users which can help crypto to be known. It's an advantage that this crypto was allowed. Because of this news I think more crypto will also try to approach FB to advertise.

Crypto-related ads were banned in Facebook. I think they wanted to stop fraud or Fake ICO who used to steal money using Facebook.I believeCoinbase has no scam efforts. I hope this might bring a positive influence on Bitcoin prices.

I don't think because of just Facebook restores coinbase advertisements on the platform, the prices will go up again easily like that? . but still congratulations a good news.

About the quotation regarding Costa Rica BTC payment for workers, how legitimate is the information? And facebook restoring thecoinbase adds is much of a positive news to me. Facebook is the largest social network covering most of the countries of the world. By facebook adds many of the people will come to know about BTC for the first time and will be unterested in Crypto-space as it is very freedom. That impression will make crptospace more diversive and widespread, I assume.

As far as I think Coinbase is a big and trusted company, Coinbase ads on Facebook will not affect Facebook users. Previously, Facebook banned the ICO because at that time there were many ICO projects is a scam

This is very good news. I probably will publish such news at myself on the website. As for facebook's Decision, this is a very correct position. Coinbase is a serious law firm that can give guarantees for its services and storage of cryptocurrencies. Therefore, there is no fraud.

Not entirely enough to affect the price in a bullish way though but good news for wide scale adoption. More publicity would instill reassurance to the public that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not bad and not frowned upon.

facebook have lost over 3 millions of users in the last 3 months . they know that crypto currencies are here to stay and are looking for new ways of increasing revenue. I mean there is even rumour that Facebook are launching their own crypto currency Blockchain enthusiasts see the technology as a way for Facebook to address and solve many of the recent problems it has faced concerning people’s privacy. The tech giant revealed last month that the personal data of up to 87 million of its users was exploited and compromised by “malicious actors.”

I think unbanning the advertisements of coinbase will bring a positive impact in the market. Through Facebook, more people will be able to know about Bitcoin. As a result, more people will be eventually interested to invest in Bitcoin. Let's see what happens.

Good news. I'm sure Facebook also thinks that banned ads will not be useful, because many people make status or post about coinbase and especially about cryptocurrency. Just as we closed the leak, then another leak appeared.

Coinbase is a respectable trading platform/exchange. Because they are involves in trading cryptocurrencies with bitcoin dominating, the news about Facebook restoring their ads adds some positive feelings to new investors to invest in bitcoin.

Og great happy to heard that's good news and congrat for coinbase team because they convince facebook to advertise their plaform in the site after facebook ban all cryptocurrency related ads. I believe facebook management and coinbase management agreement become successful, coinbase is most trusted and pioneer platform in the cryptocurrency hoping in this way help to pump the price of the cryptocurrency in the coinmarketcap.

There are many crypto related ads still showing in the facebook even they announced that they are banning all the ads from their platform,so it is no wonder that they are allowing a properly regulated crypto exchange to post their ads in their platform, maybe they changed their rules and stop only the ICO advertisements I think.

This is old news though. But then again it is a good thing for those who did not know. Having social media platforms to advertise the crypto will be a good thing for those who have the potential but are unfamiliar with it.
